![]() Kristina did a cours, called LoS, with the Swedish Army in Enköping-Sweden. During three days she had to survive in the woods and the first 24hours was solo, with only a tent and a small survivor kitchen. |
During the second day Kristina and two others sat all day, out in nature, and discussed the material of the cours and how your leadership skills develop. The education, LoS, stands for Leadership and “knowing yourself better” and the goal is to develop your leadership skills and at the same time gain confidence and knowing about yourself. |

At the age of two Kristina climbed up the family house and sat on the roof enjoying the view. Since then Kristina was hooked in climbing. |

![]() Kristina uses cameras with big lenses in order to get the best pictures on all her adventures. However it´s difficult to transport these lenses that weigh around 25 pounds. |

![]() When paddling kayak in fast moving water you usually tip more than once. Luckily a wetsuit and helmet keeps you from freezing and getting hurt. |
Rafting in Thailand was a new experience. The water was warm which is a first for me. |

Kristina was interviewed by Norrlands Nations Newspaper, Uppsala, before leaving for Nepal, Mount Everst. Her ability of both playing the trumpet and climbing seems to be no problem. |
